A female survival in corporate culture(R M)

After completing MBA from a renowned University in Human Resources Management still didn’t get the campus placement according to my area of interest. After searching a lot finally I accepted a job in banking sector to sell current & saving accounts. Every day me and my other two lovely and fantabulous friends cum roommates will go in the field to sell CA/SA, but daily we use to just roam in the market…..hehehehehe………..and then get back to bank for reporting and try to fool ourselves and our demon area sales manager. For next 6 months we just survived by fooling and take our salaries. Here also many male staff and members try to help us to sell, but as always….”NOTHING FREE IN THIS WORLD” so they also asked for favors. As I was new chicken born in the corporate world so it was not so easy to get on the top of it. Being a female and have that tendency of not taking favours I didn’t broke down at any point of time.
